This is your chance to come and look around Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, try our Gym and meet our fantastic team – they will be on hand to answer all of your enquiries. You don’t have to be a member of our centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family down too?

Reformer Pilates Tasters
Experience the latest addition to our line-up - Reformer Pilates! Join us for an intro session and discover why everyone’s talking about it. This low-impact, core-strengthening workout boosts both strength and flexibility. No experience needed - just come and try out something new!

Drop into one of our EGYM introductory sessions and get to know the smart way to train. Quick, effective, and personalised – it's fitness made easy!

Gym Team Class

Sports Activities
Rugby Tots Taster Session
Rugby Tots deliver fun, structured play sessions that take children on an exciting sporting adventure. With energetic, supportive coaches guiding them every step of the way, little ones learn the core skills of rugby - catching, passing, kicking and running with the ball - all while building confidence and learning to play as part of a team.
With the Six Nations in full swing and the England U20s currently training here with us, there’s never been a better time to inspire your future rugby star and get them involved!
Squash Taster session
Drop in to one of our Squash taster sessions on Saturday or Sunday morning, and discover a hidden love for the sport.
