Gym
Friendly, fully qualified team always on hand. They’ll show you how to use any equipment and provide you with free, regularly updated fitness programmes. Our gym members also benefit from FREE squash court usage.
Workout Classes
Workout classes are the fun, effective way of keeping in shape. By working out with others you’ll forget the sweat and just enjoy the moment.
Parking
Parking’s free and there’s plenty of it and we also have 6 EV car charging points available on site. One less thing to worry about!

Great for relaxation, your skin and the ideal way to soothe aching muscles and joints after your workout.
EGYM
Our innovative and transformative EGYM Suite features a member Hub as well as Chest Press, Leg Extension and a world-first Hip Thrust machine.

To access our centre on a pay-as-you-go basis, you will need a free MORE Membership. Our MORE Membership gives casual customers a host of complimentary member benefits with no formal contract. With a MORE Membership, you'll be able to access all the features on our My MORE App - from booking into classes & activities online, card-free centre access, tracking your workouts and gaining reward points to redeem in the centre and more!
