Reformer Pilates Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ​
• The gift card is available to any member or non-member in possession of the gift card.
• Non-members can only purchase one gift card. Members can purchase unlimited gift cards.
• The gift card can only be used in person at the issuing leisure facility and must be presented at point of purchase​, offer cannot be redeemed online.
• The gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be swapped for cash or transferred and is not for resale. No change will be given for purchases using the gift card
• The gift card can only be used once, once used/ redeemed, centre will retain the gift voucher and add the classes to the account
• The gift card is for single use only​
• The gift card if damaged will not be accepted​
• The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers ​
• The gift card promotion has no alternative offers available​
• The gift card expires 6 months from the date of issue
• Only the original gift cards are accepted. Photocopies will not be accepted​
• All members are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons ​
• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s gift card with justified reason​
