Outdoor Boot Camp
A overall body workout developed by Bishams Fitness Team.
Strength and Stretch
A 60-minute early morning OUTDOOR class, on the riverside in the great British weather. This six week programme has an additional cost of £10 - included in this is a specialised guide on training to complete in between sessions, weekly exercise targets, diet advice and goals and optional weigh-ins. The class will be outside rain or shine - so bring a tracksuit top or jacket for inclement mornings.
