Leeds United at Bisham Abbey

The most talked about club of the moment Leeds United arrived at Bisham Abbey again earlier this month for a two day training session. The FA Cup has restored pride to a club embarrassed by its slide down the Football League. ‘This was a more impressive result than Manchester United,’ insisted manager Simon Grayson. It shows we’re on the way up and can compete with these Premier League stars,’ said Robert Snodgrass.
The boys looked really good on the pitch and in top fitness and we’re delighted that they chose Bisham Abbey as their training venue. It seems all the snow hasn’t affected the quality of the pitches either as Manager Simon Grayson confirmed, who was really impressed by Bisham "it’s not our first time to Bisham Abbey but we’ve had a good day out on the field today and I’m sure we’ll be back again".
United sprinkled their team with reserves when Leeds won at Old Trafford in round three but Spurs were closer to full strength on Saturday. Proving once again David can beat Goliath…with a little help from talked about rising star Jermaine Beckford.
The golden boy of the moment Jermaine Beckford looked in good form and brimming in confidence in training and his recent performances give us no doubt as to why. We wish the team the very best of luck in their climb up into the Championship and ultimately towards the FA Cup Trophy.
