We offer over 50 exciting workout classes a week, all designed to improve your health and wellbeing.  Choose from Pilates, Revolutions, Body Pump and many more to help you get fit, tone up, lose weight or just feel great.

All our workout classes can be booked online up to 7 days in advance.

BODYATTACKTM

BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.  This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.  Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.

BODYPUMPTM

This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Motivating instructors, great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the best results you came for, and fast.

Cross Training

An aerobic class including calorie burning exercises to target all areas of the body and to improve overall fitness levels.

These multi station group exercise classes bring together various training styles, whilst utilising a complete range of equipment to ensure the best workout possible.

Hatha Yoga by Candlelight

Hatha Flow Yoga synchronises movement and breathing to produce a flow of postures that lead naturally from one to the next; this is to detoxify, stretch and strengthen the body leaving you invigorated and relaxed.

The candles will make a sweet practice using flowing asanas in a candlelit room.

Kettlebells

This session combines classic kettlebell swings with a range of upper and lower body exercises, all of which will engage and strengthen your core.

Are you 50, 60, 70 or older?  Then join our prime timers club and enjoy one exercise class and gym session per week.  Come down and meet new friends, get fit and enjoy life to the full.

RPMTM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.  Take on the terrain with your inspiring instructor, who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training
